Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and tc77, an online casino and sports betting platform operating under international licensing.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any game or service available on the tc77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the tc77 platform regardless of the method of access, whether via the website, mobile application or any other interface provided by tc77.

Account Eligibility

To register and use tc77 services, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Be a legally valid individual with the capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme
• Not be registering on behalf of another person or under the direction of a third party

tc77 reserves the right to decline a registration application or terminate an existing account if a user is found not to meet the eligibility requirements set out here.

Account Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at tc77. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated along with any remaining funds being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• The security of your account password and login information
• All activity that takes place under your account regardless of authorisation
• Ensuring that your registered personal information is accurate, current and complete
• Updating your account information should any changes occur

tc77 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to a user's negligence in safeguarding their login information.

Deposits and Payment Methods

tc77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM20. No maximum deposit limit is specified, however tc77 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding a certain amount.

tc77 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose fees based on their own policies. tc77 is not responsible for those fees.

Any deposit made through suspicious means, including the use of another person's credit card or an unauthorised account, will result in the user's account being suspended and funds returned at tc77's discretion.

Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your tc77 account can be made via the same payment method used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.

Withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes for most transactions, subject to the required security checks. Withdrawals that require additional review may take longer.

• Withdrawals can only be made to an account or digital wallet in the same user's name
• tc77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving a withdrawal
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not been met
• tc77 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment providers

Bonuses and Promotions

tc77 offers various promotions to its members. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms stated at the time the promotion is launched. Users are advised to read the terms of each promotion before using it.

The tc77 Welcome Bonus gives a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to RM500, subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received. Calculation example:

Second example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

In addition, tc77 members are eligible to join the VIP programme which offers weekly cashback based on tier: Bronze Tier gives cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver Tier up to 1.0%, and Gold Tier up to 1.5% each week. Progression to a higher tier depends on consistent betting activity.

tc77 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or fraud related to that bonus claim.

Game Rules

All games available on the tc77 platform are subject to their respective game rules. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before playing.

tc77 does not guarantee the outcome of any game. All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited. Recorded results are final and cannot be altered.

• Users may not use any external software or tools to influence game outcomes.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to tc77 immediately.
• Winnings obtained through methods that violate these rules will not be paid out.

For sportsbook and sports betting games, all odds and match results are subject to the rules of the relevant sport. tc77 reserves the right to void bets in the event of unusual circumstances such as match-fixing or incorrect information provided at the time the bet was placed.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the tc77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds without notice:

• Opening multiple accounts under the same or different identities
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any automation tools in gameplay
• Bonus abuse through hedging techniques or syndicate betting
• Use of false information or identities during registration or verification
• Transferring funds between different user accounts without authorisation
• Using the tc77 platform for money laundering purposes
• Any action that disrupts the tc77 system or technical infrastructure

Account Closure and Suspension

tc77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms
• The user is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering
• The user no longer meets the eligibility requirements
• The account has been inactive beyond the specified period

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time through customer support channels. Self-exclusion requests made on responsible gambling grounds are also accepted and will be processed promptly.

In the event of account closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user after all review and investigation processes have been completed, provided no funds are associated with a breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

tc77 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond tc77's control.

tc77 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. Maintenance work, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service disruptions.

tc77's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

tc77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or industry developments.

Any material amendments will be communicated to users via:

• A notice displayed on the tc77 platform homepage
• A notification sent to the user's registered email address
• An in-account notification upon login

Continued use of the tc77 platform after an amendment notice is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account before it takes effect.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the relevant international licensing laws under which tc77 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty days, the parties involved may refer the matter to a dispute resolution body recognised by tc77's licensing authority.

The official language used in all dispute proceedings is English; however, tc77 is committed to providing support in Malay for users from Malaysia.
